We Don’t do everything
From revamping trade show and conference strategies to designing completely new event concepts, we work with our clients to find relevance, reach and revenue. We believe that no event challenge is too big when you combine intelligent, audience-centric design and a little elbow grease.
We help you design something that will address your target audience’s challenges. We've gone from an era where "build it and they will come” ruled. That’s just not true any longer. The event market is crowded in every industry. We take the time to find the needs of your audience in order for you to stand out.
We charge for Strategy & Execution
Strategy and execution are two separate things. You can hire us to do just the event strategy or do both the strategy and the event execution. We very rarely take on events where we haven’t had a hand in the strategy. It’s just not fun for us.
Strategy means 3 things for us
We dive right in the deep end to get to know your industry, your business and your people. The more information and the more people we engage with, the better. We want to be a part of it all. We thrive in environments where we can collaborate to discuss the good, the bad, and the ugly. Progress isn't made by complimenting each other. In order to create exceptional events, we need to be truthful and honest.
We identify the data that matters. Because frankly, there’s a lot of it and most never sees the light of day. Between the pre-existing quantitative and qualitative data, we will get to the “right now.” Ethnographic research will get us as much sentiment and real-life understanding as possible in order to determine that critical point where the messaging, your audience’s needs, and the reality of what needs to happen onsite becomes clear.

Mapping out how the strategy uniquely takes shape within your industry, your organization and your event brings all work we’ve done come to life. This is the exciting part - ideation & design. Our design recommendations range include branding, tech innovations, concept development, event content and digital marketing campaigns.
